Is deceptive

Tank Sports Inc has deceived not just consumers; but dealers. I purchased from a B&M dealer, who turned around closed & disappeared. To resurface elsewhere... To disappear again.

From mid, I sent 1 letter and 2 emails, with 1 email response. Jim Ji has jokes (racial too). Recently, I went on one of the scooter forums and read Tank Sports closed its doors! What??? I went to the Tank Sports website and yes, they did file bankruptcy! We as consumers, will not receive a response and we will not be able to file against them. Unless, this company resurface (just like the B&M dealer) under a new name and location.
