Ripoff rip-off scam liars

In May Wells Fargo sent a repo truck to take my truck and I wasn't late, but only a couple of days. The contract for my truck's financing wasn't with Wells Fargo until it bought out the company Al-Refi.

The company I was with billed a month behind, which is in the contract I signed. I never signed with Wells Fargo, I just got stuck with them! Anyway, out of the blue they write me for 2 payments and I have no idea of who they are. Calling or talking to them was a waste of time. They're worse than IRS!

This repo guy, the weasle, yells at my Mother demanding to know where I am, which she isn't telling him. She had no idea what it was about. I and my brother were only 30 minutes from home and as I drive down the street toward home this guy in his wrecker is hot on my tail, passes around me, and cuts me off, blocking me on the road.

He refused to move and said he was taking the truck. I told him no but the next thing I knew he jacked up the back end. We were in the processing of moving, only 7 miles away, which we previously notified Wells fargo and already gave them the new address. The repo guy acts like we're running with the truck. I mean real paranoid.inside the truck are my mom's car and house keys, insulin medicine, which is needed that night.

This repo guy says he'll take my brother and I home and let me get a box for my things. He had the truck by then I didn't have a choice. I've never been through this so I didn't know. I said I wanted to call our Attorney and he said no. I asked him to call the Sheriff's dept. And again he said no.

When we get to the house, my brother is still in the truck. I get a couple feet away, my brother opens the door to get out. He's half out of the truck and the repo guy tears out like a bat out of hell! My brother goes down on his knee. I ran to help my brother. My Mom is at the corner visiting one of her friends when she see's the repo guy coming with my truck, speeding thru the residential area with kids & over the speed bumps. The speed limit is 15 MPH.

On the first speed bump he's going so fast the truck fly's up off the pavement and slams down. It sounds like an explosion! The truck is hanging on by one rear tire when he hits another speed bump. The truck flys off with only chains dragging it and he keeps going! My Mom, all of 5'1' and 105 pounds, ran towards the truck when he tears off again dragging my new truck.

Before he got it the truck looked like it just came off the show room floor! Jet black Dodge Dakota I special ordered from Dodge for $22K.

Neighbors ran out of their homes because the sound scared them and they saw it all! One neighbor had to take us home to our new houe where we had to break a window to get in, have new Car keys made at Ford for her car, because of the computer chip. The insulin dosage was missed for 3 doses which meant an emergency run to doctor and another bill.By the time Wells Fargo did the release to give my truck back it cost me $1700, plus #30 cost storage for our personal items in the truck!

It took several days after I wired the money to Wells Fargo because this towing co took my truck to their fly by night mechanic, jerry rigging the damage from dropping it twice. I told them no one was to touch that truck but Dodge, which I lost my warranty because it was dropped and they messed with the engine and sealed areas not to mention body parts! The bumper was ripped off, all the tail light wiring ripped out, the truck bed jammed into the cab, and on and on including damage to the engine's computer, electric locks, you name it.

They were refusing to give me the truck and Wells Fargo was letting them get away with it. They all acted like little gods from hell that do and get away with breaking the law. When they finally said they'd release my truck I had to go to this really grungy area, all chainned link fenced. This old guy, heavy set real nasty dude, meets me at the gate. I and my Mom start to walk inside he shoves his finger in her chest and says, "Not her! You come in alone or you don't get the truck."

I wanted to hit this guy but my Mom said just get the truck and we'll take care of it then. I told the guy I am dsylecsic so I needed her or my brother to help me read anything before I signed it. Again he refused. My Mom said do the best you can just get the truck away from them.

I went inside where 3 people surrounded me with the 3rd degree telling me sign this, sign that. I scribbled in anywhere I could, "except for damage by you dropping my truck." It was a very tense situation getting the truck outside that prison gate. We took pictures immediately and became even more sick by the damage.

We called Wells Fargo which was a waste of time and has been for the last year. $5000 later and I'm being told to stop putting money into the repairs because the frame was badly bent and my new truck is totaled! The towing people claim only the bumper was damaged and gave a whole different story about what happened.

This has been a nightmare but we are sueing Wells Fargo which they think Florida Statues don't apply to them and according to our attorney it does. It's hard telling how long it'll be before I get the money back invested in my truck and the cost of it but I don't care how long it takes, they aren't getting away with it.

They have treated us so badly and they caused the whole mess. Not one person has said they're sorry or offered to make this right. They want their monthly payments and nothing else from me. I told them my work depends on that truck running and when it's down, I don't work. If I keep putting $1500 in a hit for repairs I can't make their payments!

People need to be really careful of this company and if you're with a company and Wells Fargo buys them out get your vehicle refinanced with someone else and get away from Wells Fargo or you'll be sitting on the bench next to me, in court!
