Absolute nightmare & complete scam artist!

Where do I begin... Having to deal with A&W Auto Repair has been an absolute nightmare! They were hired to replace the engine in my motorhome. Problem after problem with this company!
They made unauthorized charges on my debit card, never answered or returned my calls, gave numerous excuses as to why it was taking 3 1/2 MONTHS to replace the engine, went through my personal belonings, and didn't do things that they charged me for. I'm sure I could list more and I will as I think of things.
After 3 1/2 months of waiting for the work to be completed they finally said it was done. I rented a car to drive to pick up my motorhome. I got 4 hours from home and recieved a call saying that the work isn't done afterall. Now I wasted my day and money for the rental.
Another week or so went by with no word from them. I finally got hold of them. They said it is done (nobody called to tell me that). So again I drive to pick up the motorhome. I get there, pay them more money and drive away. 10 miles later I pulled over because it was running like crap. Within minutes the is a pool of oil under the engine. I went back to the mechanic and everyone was gone. None of my many calls have been returned.
I now have the motorhome at another mechanic who says it is going to cost me a lot more money to fix the damage that A&W Auto Repair caused.
