Very low customer service - alternato

I was told my car would be ready on a Sunday and it was not done until monday evening. The manager did not appoligize for this inconvience. Then they over charged me by about $150.00. On top of all of this, when picking up my car, the store was filled with balloons for a promotion they were running. My 3 yr old son polietly asked if he could have one. The same manager said no. So after spending well over $700.00 dollars and being lied to, they did nothing to make me happy!!
