On Thursday, June 4 I called in a prescription at 10:15 P.M. To CVS Pharmacy. I spoke with Ashley and I told her I would be picking up the prescription the following day at 12:00 noon. I arrived at the drive-thru the following evening at 6:30 P.M. And the prescription was never submitted. I asked for the store manager who the tech informed me would not be in the store until Monday. The tech told me they could have the scrip. Ready in 15 mins. And I informed him I would be back later that evening to pick the scrip up.By the time I got home another tech. Called to inform me that they did not have my medication and it that it would not be in until Monday. I am Diabetic and my scrip was for Byetta.By the time I obtain this scrip. I will have been without Byetta five (5) days. This is unacceptable. I am furious because I let it slide twice (two (2) times) before this. I will be speaking with my lawyer tomorrow and the Store Manager (MATT) will be hearing from me as well. CVS has gone down and the quality of service is terrible. They need to go out of business. I will definitely be moving ALL prescriptions over to Walgreens!
