UPS package never received

I delivered a to somebody through UPS Overnight Shipping. Each morning, I followed it and also the site stated it had been shipped and authorized for. I named the receiver and he explained he never got something. He's a roommate and his roommate stated the same. The driver statements he offered it towards the roommate but we all know he got their own bundle also it was not what I was delivering. Today advantages does a study, plus they stated it'll have a week. The bundle was extremely important and useful and that I settled too much to contain it shipped. I do want to get my cash back too. I'm really upset about that and terrified by UPS. It hurts they do all of the deliveries in america.
