Seems like driver did not feel like delivering the package

I obtained a contact from the business shipping me a bundle with advantages. Based on the advantages site the bundle was said to be shipped November 2nd and was out for shipping @ 5:26am. UPS shipping times are horrible below and so I understood from expertise to not actually search for the bundle until 7pm in the earliest. The bundle never arrived based on the site the bundle was "ignored" @ the service. The only real issue with that's just how can a bundle be "ignored" @ the service when it had been on the vehicle for shipping @5am. I believe the supply driver simply determined he or she didn't feel just like providing the bundle and returned without any shipping test. It's today 10:52 and also the bundle continues to be not below.
