UPS failure to deliver package

I requested a product from the well known list organization thru the web. The shipper shipped the bundle thru advantages and also the bundle really was scanned at Belton, Tx when it came on Feb. 8. We live 45 minute. From Belton. I thought the bundle could be shipped on Feb. 9.
