Untrained staff made up excuses broken promises

I bought tires on 3-28 $471.00 total for my 3000gt. The tires carried a lifetime balance, rotation and road hazard. Tire manufacturer Yokohama.
Brought car in on 10-21 for rotation and balance about 20k on tires at this point, no problems tires rotated and balanced. Brought car in on 10-06 about another 20k on tires at this point. Now the tires carry an 80k mi. Warranty and they have 40k at this point. I have the guy check the 2 fronts because they have abnormal wear. He comes back inside and says that it is caused by an alignment issue, and he would not rotate my tires, the way they were worn does not indicate an alignment problem. After arguing with hime as to why he would not rotate he offers to sell me 2 new tires at a discounted price. I did want new tires I wanted mine rotated. He says safety issue and will not rotate. Ok fine I take my paperwork and keys then proceed to the university ave store and ask them to rotate. This guy comes back in and says your tires are worn from not rotating the more frequently but we will rotate them no problem, I ask about warranty (I believe it is a manufacturer defect because of the wear) he says they cant warranty them because of lack of rotation. Fine just rotate them then thats all I wanted anyway.

No where on the warranty does it say rotating your tires in mandatory. It states elsewhere "tips to improve tire mileage and safety" rotation, air pressure ect. But not under the warranty section.

Now the funny thing is If my car was out of alignment then why would they offer me new tires at a discount under warranty. (my alignment problem should have voided the warranty)

Also what does lack of rotation have to do with not warranting a tire they are a 80k mile tire with only 40k mi on them

So I get home and start thinking about it and now I'm kind of getting PO, so I fill out the customer experience form at discounttire.com and explain everything to them. About a week later I get a call from Joe at the Maplewood store I explain to him the same thing, all I wanted to do was make them aware of the in accuracies between the 2 stores and ask what kind of training do they give their staff.
He kept asking what he could do for me and I kept telling him nothing I just want to make you aware. Again he kept asking me what he could do so I finally said if you want to give me 2 new tires I would come in and have then installed but I will not ever buy another set of tires from your store again. The conversation was just about over now, he said he would check into it and get back to me, well its been over a month now and no word from Joe.

End result shop somewhere else for tires because I believe these jokers are scammers into trying to sell you something you dont need and not giving you true an honest service
