The first time that I had went to this place I had my oil changed, because i was in a hurry and did not have time to do it myself. A week or so went by and i noticed that I was leaking oil in my drive way. So I put my car on ramps to see what the problem was and noticed that there was oil coming from my drain plug.
So, i went and drained my oil and saw that they had stripped the threads where my drain plug went into. I put new oil in it and went back up there to tell them that they needed to fix it. They told me cause i took off the drain plug to look at it that was possibly my fault.
And they would not fix it for free.
