Eagle Transmission Addison
Paid for repairs not done, unapproved receipts

I dropped my honda civic off at the Addison location to get my transmission rebuilt and flywheel resurfaced back on 6/3/09. After three failed attempts to repair my car, I was informed that the receipt I was given my at the time shop manger (David Bohannon) was
generated on a unapproved software and that my warranty would not be valid so there was nothing that they could do. I am outraged! That no one is being held accountable and that no one can or will give me info and who and where to pursue this matter in small claims or by refunded me my money. My car is still not drivable and I'm out of pocket $900 and no one is even attempting to resolve the matter. I've sent certified letter to the shop (per the 2nd new shop manager) which was refused! I will continue
to get any and all info needed to pursue this matter and have my money refunded. I would stay clear of Eagle Transmission! Not only do they not repair your vehicle but they by no means try to resolve problems that their shop managers caused or try to resolve any issues. I've been given the name of Virgil Block as owner but again he has even failed to make mends of this matter. But no one will give me a contact name, number or address for the corporate office to get my problem resolved. They are a very unprofessional business and I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicles here.
