Falsafacation of my dak report, preventing me from being hired by ant other trucking company

I got sick and i was sick for about 2 weeks. I gave my 2week notice that i was quiting. My truck toreup and to be towed to fraightliner. When i got over being sick i went to pickup the truck to take it back to the terminal to turn it in and quit. Fraightliner told me that jb hunt had already sent someone to pickup the truck and not to worry about it. My dispatcher then put on my dak report that i had abandon the truck. Whick i didn't. About 2months ago i got a speeding ticket in ohio. My dispatcher said the cop was a friend of his and i should pay the ticket instead of fighting it, he said if fought the ticket i wood regret it!!! I fought the ticket. I lost my drivers licens. Him falsafying my dak was his way of makeing me reret it. If not? He wood never had falseafied it. I have lost everything. My drivers licens, van, my place to stay. I need to get this falsafacation off my dak report and get back to work. I do have bills that i need to pay. Lets get this done and get me back to work...
