Will not return my calls

Obtained thru the email present of two free flight seats and resort stay. Needed to visit For Mills, NC to choose them up in a mentor organization named Great Breakthrough. Tried calling CERTS having a problem I'd and also have extended to contact daily since March 24th without any reaction. I tried contacting them-and obtained an answer they'd contact me within 24hours. Haven't seen from their website. Proceed to contact. Last-call the concept stated their mail was complete. I named the mentor organization Great Breakthrough plus they stated they might not help me
