Fraud - owes us $272.00

In April, we joined a journey membership demonstration in Lincoln, NE, that we were to become granted a-3-day-2-night journey FREE. We'd to pay for $50 each in advance (completely refundable great trust cash?!?) and later needed to spend $86 every for taxes and costs.

On Nov. 14, we obtained a letter from Certs, Inc. Stating they couldn't discover the "holiday" we required, but when we'd return the shape, we'd be repaid the whole $272.00 within thirty days of the noticeis return. We closed and delivered the notice the following day (11/15/09).

Up to now, we've gotten nothing. We've tried calling numerous occasions, but can't reach anybody. I delivered a notice via certified email and got no reaction. I've documented Certs, Inc. Towards the Better Business Office, however they stated the corporation doesn't work together, so there's nothing they are able to do.

Do we've any more option? We'd appreciate any guidance.
