Incompetent staff

Organization provides a so-called variation to your loan when you have lost your work or are unemployed because of disablity. Alternatively they harrass you and do only offer you run-around. Each individual that you speak with to says the opposite of the prior individual claims. The federal government shouldn't receive anymore bailout money and there must be better regulations over banks from their incompetents & managing their customers with disrespect. Additionally they shouldn't offer something they don't plan of providing.
