There has been issues about Citibank for a long time with no you have accomplished something about these criminals. That is all-they are, authorized loan sharks. After having a merchant account together for 10 years or even more from the orange they lifted my rate of interest to 34%. Spend your cards down and do not conduct business with theives for example Citibank!
