FORD MOTOR CREDIT false promises, mistreated and ripped off, the business that doesnt give a dam

Hi we are Joe-n-Donnawe had purchased a 2000pontiac grandam 15months ago. Then i was working at a very good job that had no history of layoff.

Then it happened the lay off came and my $14.25 per. Hour job was gone so i phoned the ford motor credit company and explain it so they would know why i would be struggeling with payments.

They were great at first, carried 3 payments for us and changed a couple of payment dates so we could manage you know? Well hard times hit again and i called to inform them that i would be late again only i couldnt raise it this time so i called to let them know.

Thats when i asked for an extention to carry 1 payment the next day they didnt get the fax back that made that possible so i called and this time asked if it were possible to carry two payment.

The man, ERIC, said sure and faxed my wife and i the extension papers which we singed and faxed back. Once again we felt ford was really understanding and honestly came to our rescue.

Only to get a call 2 hours later from CONNIE (EXT60532) at F.M.C.Co. Stating that there was no way she would allow it to go through and that that fax saving us, helping us more than you could know, was not going to be honnored "It was sent in error", she said.

Look I know and understand that they are trying to run a business to make money and this is our obligation, which we have struggled with since my lay off but when an arrangement is made it should be honored we still have it all and my boss has the fax records as well.

They phoned today (june03) and told me that the first time we had difficulty they sent a notice to cure default which was sent last july they said we move in our new place july 19 and the got phoned as to our new residents.

They mailed this NOTICE lol on the 17 which we never got, ford motor credit told me that they got it back un-delivered.

Look we just could really use some kind of help as this is our only car and we feel they should have to live up to the payment arrangment THEY faxed uswe will never buy from ford or anydealer/dealorship again... Give me a buick any day of the week...
