Stupid letters about lack of insurance

I offered my insurance data after I requested this mortgage. Since I have've obtained a notice declaring used to donot have insurance plus they might purchase it for me personally in a silly cost. I complied using their silly notice identifying them whilst the loss payee. Then I obtain a minute notice declaring they're not shown as loss payee? I have nearly had all this businesses ignorance that I may take. Their next notice came on Sunday and normally these jerks are shut on Sunday and so I cannot cope with these fools till Friday.
