We bought our home in 2002. Your mortgage continues to be transferred to many unique mortgage businesses (not at our demand).in September Pursuit got over our mortgage.in January we obtained a notice from Pursuit stating they had supplied property owner insurance for all of US and also the price was $743.00. I named them since we've property owners insurance since day-one with Producers at $450.00 each year. They stated they obtained our mortgage from another establishment and was not able to verify property owners insurance. Humorous, they understood just how to car spend the mortgage every month including Primary, curiosity, fees and INSURANCE. Plus we create a additional primary cost along with it. Why did not they deliver a notice in Sept requesting a duplicate of our insurance plan. Today I get a notice our escrow account is BRIEF $721.80 so that they will soon be growing our monthly obligations. I called when I obtained the notice in Jan concerning the $743.00. We'd a three-way phone with my Player's broker who established we've had no-lapse in protection and Pursuit stated they'd change the $743.00 cost. It's SEPTEMBER and today they need me to create up the scarcity THEY produced within our escrow account.
