Auto Loan adding insurance fraudulently

Auto Loan through Compass Bank. 12 months before, Compass delivered notice seeking evidence of insurance, declaring they didn't understand who my provider was or that I'd one. As all do understand for loans atleast in So-Cal, that info is about the Mortgage Documents towards the Lender.

I called my Ins. Broker. She was approached by them aswell. Huh? They did not understand I had been coated, right? In those days, we both submitted the data. Haven't noticed from their store since, nicely, so far.

March '09, I get another notice declaring they do not understand who my provider is or that I've protection.??? The notice also says to obtain the data for them by December '08 or they'll cost me $900 for "their" insurance. It is February '09. Again,??? Therefore, on the basis of the reality we have been through this before plus they've intentionally contact my broker straight before, all I will determine is SCAM!

DoN't use Compass or some of their solutions. Centered on all of the grievances, they're responsible of deceptive procedures for several their solutions and choices.
