My husband has had his loan with these idiots since 2006 we are less then 1 month behind, and every day 3 times a day or more they call and swear and threaten to come get the car, when you ask to speak to a manager its like talking to monkies, this has got to stop, we need to come as one and file a class action law suit against these people, ms brown said to me well bi*ch we are coming to get the mother fu*ken car today do you understand is it there... This behavior is outrageous and something has to be done, they call non stop
