Harrassing My Husband and I over a debt that happened over 11 years ago

I have received a phone call from these creditors who are coming after me for something that happened in 1995. I told them on 9/7 that it already dropped off our credit report years ago to stop calling, the lady I spoke with stated that she would not stop calling because my husband and i owed this debt. I asked to speak with a manager, when I talked to him he went on and on telling me that regardless of how long ago it happened we still owed this debt and until we pay it off they would still call and he said that he would
pull our credit until it happened.

I told him he couldn't do this with out our
authorization and he said that he does it every single day. He was just getting underneath my skin, really annoying so I hung up on him. 9/10/07 I received
another call from them and I got there business name but no other information.

My husband spoke with a lady then passed the phone to me. The same discussion happened but this time she read me our credit report—all our information, this
is what got me really upset. They are looking into our credit report on something they can't collect the debt on and in the process they are ruining our points.

Is there anyone out there that has a class action suit against them??? I want them to a least stop calling and be responsible for pulling our credit report without our authorization. I have already left messages with lawyers but no one is calling me back. Any help would be appreciatted at this time.
