Ripoff rude harrassing jerks

I have a loan currently through this heartless company. It all depends on what collector you are dealing with at the time. We made a payment two weeks ago, another today and they are refusing to even get the Western Union number from us to accept the payment! Um... Hello???!! Idiots! This woman called my husband a liar and every other name in the book. We are now not even a full month behind and she's demanding payment today! For the last two days, we've left message after message with her boss and he won't return our call.

I think if we are making honest, reasonable attempts in good faith to get caught up, why tehn would they still be so harrassing. My guess is these collectors have specific targets they must meet and commissions on what they collect so they figure nasty is the way to go. My mother has a loan through them as well and they were so awful to her over the phone, calling her neighbors and embarrassing her, she had chest pains and ended up in the hospital for two days after. You cannot begin to imagine how nasty these people can be on the phone. You can try to remain nice and polite and Christian-like, as I've been taught to do, but it doesn't help. They cut you off and snap your head off. It's really unbelievable. It's not like we're irresponsible, worthless people, my husband was out of work for a while and we're just getting back on our feet!

Please be sure to NEVER EVER finance a car through this place. Get the word out and make sure nobody puts themself through this. If someone tries to get you approved through CPS... Stop it then and be sure to ask for another finance company. We've got to put these people out of business or some how get them to rethink their practices!
