Captial Auto One Finance
Ripoff do not ever use capital one for anything, read the small print

Capital One Auto Finance is a major rip off company. I was behind one payment due to 911. I made arrangements to defer that one payment to the end of my payments, I would have had the truck paid off in January.

The November prior to this I got a letter stating I owed 2 payments and they were due in 14 days or I would be charged the interest on a daily basis. No one at the company ever told me this I just figured I would be paying at the end of the agreement. Still to this day I have not recieved my title nor any paperwork stating that the loan is paid in full.

I have tried contacting them several times with no luck. Do not ever use capital one for anything, read the small writing in everything they send out!!! Beware...
