Misrepresentation ripoff deceptive fraud company

Folsom Lake R.V. Misrepresentation deceptive company sold me a 2000 Montana as artic insulated and I find out from the Keystone factory in Jan. 2003 that this unit is not Rancho Cordova California...

The company Folsom Lake RV owner Charles Langdon, Debbie Langdon, Brian, and the factory rep. David Lyons, for Keystone praised this Montana 5th wheel of how it is Artic Insulated and this was one of the reasons we bought it now I have found out jan from general manger of Keystone, Jeff Rank and the paper work he sent me that this unit is not artic insulated so I have filed a complaint to the Better Business Burea of Sacramento ca. As of June 12 requesting replacement of this unit for one that is artic insulated. Also the owner Charles Langdon of Folsom Lake RV approx 1 month after purchase provoked me and told me to get unit off his lot and refused to honor warranty work on it this was also turned into factory
