Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business victimized and overcharged

Usave auto rental rented me a car for a weekly rate and 700 miles for the week. I needed to have the car for about 3 weeks.
Upon return of the car on tuesday at 5:45 they stated they had closed everything out and would need to close me out the following day.
The following day i did not receive any calls or notices. I called that afternoon at 3pm. They stated i would receive something in the mail with all charges on it.
What they quoted me as oweing is way to much. They charge my credit card to many times also.
They should not be allowed to do this to anyone. Please help
