Practical Car Rental & Usave auto rental
I was ripped off by practical car rental & usave auto rental

I rented a car through Usave in London, When I arrived I found myself boarding a plain white minibus, I asked why the bus had no stickers on and was told by the bus driver, that the company was not allowed to operate out of the airport, and had no licence to do so, then this guy also turned out to be the rental check out guy, he open up his office which is a tin shed tucked away at a motel somewhere, I had a rate of 9 per day, but when they had we in the middle of no where at 8pm the rate now increased to over 34 per day, so this brought my rental upto 156 when it should have been only 36 but the staff menber said if I paid cash it would cost me 100 I declined to take a car from this company and went over to the motel where a member of staff got onto the phone to Thrifty who come and picked me up and honnered the rate that usave gave me of 9 per day tax, no I have rental from usave many time back home and have never had this problem, but I will never rent from them again of from Practical Rent a Car. I have reported my experince to Heathrow Airport, as I feel they have a duty to protect inocent traverlers, they have informed me that they are aware of the Problem with this company and are gathering evidence to bring a case of trespassing on their property.
