Claim not paid

Last april 24, '09 at around 8:00 am while driving & passing the intersection of nw 18 ave. & 33 st. Suddenly a nissan altima appeared with out stopping the proper stop sign on his end which coz the incident that i bumped him on the right side rear of the passenger side. The driver was at fault and no driver's license & identification. His named was not on the list in the insurance policy of the car since he's driving her girlfriend's car. He was ticketed by the policeman. I got a big damaged on my front side which coz of my car declared as a total lost. I filled a claim to the insurance of the car named " united automobile insurance company" since the incident happened but up to the present they didn't pay me yet the cost of damaged which is 1.700 which not convincing & agreeable.

According to them sinced i follow-up every day named yvette mendoza the adjuster of the claim that she told me the other party didn't show-up for investigation & they deny the claim. The thing there they should pay me coz that's the only transportation that i have going to work & they didn't offer me for a rent a car for 3 months just only walking & riding in a train going to work. I'm really upset about i hope you guys out there you can help me out of this. I really do appreciate it & thank you very much...
