Apollo Casualty Company Spurious Insurance Claim Denial

A dead beat insured by Apollo Insurance side swiped my car causing $3000 of damage. He was driving (Southbound) towards me, lost control of his car and swerved onto the wrong side of the road hitting my car (as I travelled Northbound). He accepted liability at the scene several times in front of a Police Officer.

I submitted a third party claim against Apollo Casualty, his insurance company. They denied my claim stating that another car had cut off their insured, casuing him to swerve into oncoming traffic. The third party phantom driver was not seen by anybody else, including myself.

Apollo insurance are known to avoid paying out on any claim. They blame whoever they are not insuring. They are a disgrace to the insurance industry. Avoid them at all costs.
