Claim denied for collision coverage after being sideswiped by truck

I got side swiped by a 18 wheeler that was in the middle of the road coming into a curve. I couldn't never get in touch with the person handling my claim always an answering service. No one else would talk to me about my claim until finally they told me that the person no longer worked there.

Ultimately Geico paid the truck driver $2,000 for damages to his gas tank but did pay any medical bills or for repairs on a totaled car because they said I didn't have COLLISION COVERAGE but there was no collision he sided me with his gas tank, obviously that's what they paid for, only the driver's side of the car was damaged. On top of everything else my accident report was wrong it was written up if I ran into the left side of the truck, I was hurt and left with no car and bills to pay.
