Unique Automotive Designs - Uadsales
Took money but will not deliver merchandise

On May 30th I paid for $1163.00 of merchandise from Unique Automotive Designs it is now August 6, th 2009 and still have not received. This company made numerous promises to ship but never did. At one point the owner Mickey Munger told me they have been ready for two weeks which contradicted what I had been told. Regardless I have asked for a refund he completely ignores that request and still has not shipped.

He believes it is ok to keep payment and merchandise. He also sales on EBAY under uadsales. Beware this company also has other complaints from others but no one has pursued it much to this point.

I have contacted the BBB he is not a member and has 2 complaints plus mine against him. Don't expect results but maybe it will help others. I have contacted his states AG and filed a complaint as well with IC3 for internet fraud.

Next step is legal action. Stay away from this company.
