Easy Crown Molding No return call about returned merchandise and NO REFUND

I purchased $75.00 worth of merchandise in June and received the order on 6/11. I immediately returned the package with unopened, unused contents on 6/13 and have the postal receipt to prove that it was shipped and insured for $75.00. It cost me $14.00 to ship it and that was fine as it was my decision to return the merchandise. The company policy as stated on their website was that merchandise could be returned providing it had not been used or tampered with. After waiting for a credit to my account for $75.00 for over one month, I contacted the company. I called twice within one week and each time had to leave a voice mail. I did not receive a call back. I waited another week and called again. This time a gentleman answered and stated that he could not help me because their computer server was down. He took my order#, name, and phone number and stated that I would receive a call back the next day.
One week later, I had still not received a call. I called and left another message. No call back. One more week later I get a person on the line who tells me he can't find the return "in the system" and that I must not have mailed anything back. I asked to speak to a manager and explained that I have confirmation of delivery and the item was also insured. He took my name and info and stated that the "lady who handles returns" was not in. It is now September 13th and I have not heard from anyone from this company, nor have I received a refund. This company is a scam! One would be better off flushing their hard earned money down a toilet. They stole my money and still have their brand new merchandise to re-sell and then scam someone else when they return the cheap product. They are not members of the BBB and even if they were, no one would see a dime from them. Buyer beware, they are crooks!
