Santander Consumer USA
Customer Service/Incorrect Info

Cars & Transport

Santander evidently purchased out the currently broke Push Fiscal. I'll state from the beginning it has been the toughest experience for myself and household. The client support as of this organization is completely terrible. They'll keep you on-hold to get a lengthy time period after which hang-up you. They're really unpleasant along with you about the telephone and certainly will speak over you and reduce you off mid-sentence. (Clearly they do not have any customer support education considered due to their workers) Administration isn't much better. I had been calling directly into handle difficulties with my consideration and was handed wrong info from the csr. The supervisor subsequently got about the point and recommended that I'd have to pay for one more quantity on my bill. I recommended the first repetition didn't inform me that info. They note that their calls or documented... Possibly their quality guarantee (I actually donot believe that they've any on-staff) must pay attention to the calls a little better.

I'm also a little worried after observing how consideration info continues to be taken from different people or extra costs created. I'll be taking a look at my account data much more cautiously today. I can not wait to repay this mortgage of course if you are looking around... Do not conduct business together. Save your self!!!
