Santander acquired my car loan from United Credit Corp on or around May. For three years, I've not overlooked a cost on my mortgage (I settled through car pay). At the start of my transactions with Santander, I Have sustained issues, for the reason that they've a non-working site where they claim you may make funds, it will nothing once you supply the required info; I talked having a Santander repetition who stated she'd aid me in establishing my autopay bill online. The repetition got my bank data however the cost was never prepared. I subsequently named Santander and was informed they don't do autopay online. The notice plainly states autopay online can be obtained. That is fake and deceptive ad. I have had only suffering since day-one with this particular organization.
