As a former Pep boy employee I am informing every former employee (including customers) that if they want to gain compensation here is their chance.

Over 10,000 former employees (and customers) are sueing them for screwing with wages payroll, messing up your cars etc. Not to include unfair claims even threats to terminate your employment as well as playing customers for fools.

Also if you are a better business bureau agent or a member of law enforcement or even lawyers in the fraud or white collar crimes area here is something you people should read.

When you get complaints and wonder where the paperwork goes or they say they never heard of the customer actually you are being lied to. The paperwork they have on all their illegal dealings are held in places through out the store. I am suprised no 1 actually is doing something until now.

On the otherside of the oil sales rack in the back of the store you will find paperwork above the oil display, by their fax machine there underneath it actually you will find some.

Some are in the parts room on the wall on the highest shelves and the last few places are in spare rooms in the repairshop and under the counter also.

Not only will you find some weird stuff in the paperwork but prices that are more then what the dealers charge.

Not all of the paperwork goes to coperate actually its computerized u might have to sieze the computers in the managers office and even their server farms in Philly or where ever they are.

Stored on tapes on in boxes. Also if former employees are interested in taking pep boys to court for screwing them over go on the net and look it up.
