I made an order for a driverside mirror for my 2006 Ford Explorer. I was told by the customer service representitive that it would only take 2 business days. I waited 4 days and I still havent recieved my mirror. On day 3 I was pulled over by a cop for not having my mirror and now I have to pay a fine with them. I was upset that I didnt recieve my mirror so I called up Auto Parts Warehouse to find out what was going on and I spoke with a representitive with a really deep accent. I asked her why I havent recieved my mirror she told me that it would be 3-5 business days (keep in mind the previous rep told me it would be 2 business days) I told her that's not what the represenititve told me and she kept on telling me Upon Checking we see that blah blah blah. So I told her to keep her product and just give me my money back, I don't want to go through this anymore with you. She said sir if we do that you're going to lose 20 percent of the money you paid towards the product. I said let me speak to your manager. She puts my on hold for 10 mins and then she comes back on the phone. She starts telling me again " Sir upon checking our records" and that just wait for the product and we'll give you a mailing address and shiping box to send the product to. I told her im not going to go through all of that. Why should I have to sit there and wait a couple of weeks just to get my money back, I figure by the time I recieve the product and the length of time it will take to get the product back to them and then them actually processing everything, that should take a couple of weeks. The reason why im reporting this is for the principle of it. I only spent 60 dollars on the mirror, but I would feel really bad for someone who would actually end up spending over 200 dollars at there site and then have some lady from another country try to tell them what they told me. I am reporting this for the protection of anybody that want's to do business with there site. Thank you.
