Waited for part for 5 months and still no part or refund

Around the first part of August I did a search on the internet for a passenger side mirror for a black 2001 Oldsmobile Alero. Upon finding the part on the S&J parts website I contacted them and order the part over the phone and specifically stated in the order that the mirror needed to be black.

This is when the 5 month *ss*ucking began.in a day or two the $95 was withdrawn from my account on August 13. I did receive a mirror on August 30 but it was silver. I immediately contacted them and talked to John. He would not pay to have it shipped back, so since I work for UPS I was able to refused the shipment and send it back.in the conversation with John the shady liar said the person who took the order had quit and their company did not guarantee the right color for parts?!

John, the crook, told me he would send me the right mirror and had me look up the paint code on the paintscratch.com website. I did this and it took a couple of days to get in contact with a real person to give them the paint code. About a month went by and I received a call from the ripoffs that they had a mirror but it was still the wrong color. John said they would paint it over the weekend and send it out Monday or Tuesday.

Two months later passed and still no *ucking mirror. I have spent about the whole month of december trying to contact them to just get my money back. They have not returned my phone messages that are left with their operator. Please help us put these morons out of business. Report your problems as well.
