Worst Customer Service

Keyser Miller Ford has the most ignorent (rude and Clueless) service managers and service crew. This guy Brad is going against everything the Owners Greg and Ron Keyser say they stand for. They claim customer service to be second to none. I have had my car there 3 times (They sold me the car 2 weeks ago!) and they can not fix the problem. They have no idea what they are doing in that shop. This Brad guy became hot headed and ripped up all my paperwork and refused to look at the car again, only because they could not figure out the problem and looked very puzzled. I told him how urgent it was they repair my car. His reply was, "I do not have to do anything". This business makes 20 to 50 million a year in revenue, but they do not care about the small people. The employees really make Greg Keyser and the business look bad. If Greg Keyser cares about his customers as much as he says, he would have his employees show it!
