Cheated out of repairs prior to warrinty running out

In 2001 I bought a brand new Kia Sephia from the above mentioned company. The car was and still is beautiful. About 6months later, I noticed that the paint was chipping in the corners of the read doors. I made a complaint to the service manager at the time who answered to the name Bill. He told me that he would look into it, I also complained about a noise that I could hear whenever I would make a turn to the right.

The car was taken in for an oil change and nothing was done about the problem. I kept getting put off. I wasnt until last year that I finally got the paint job taken care of, by then the rust had turned into a hole that was fully rusted out. Gregg was and still is the manager. When Bill left, I brought the complaint to Gregg. He kept putting me off as well. I think that he got tired of me bothering him and decided to do something about it.

I wasnt trying to aggrivate any one, I was just trying to get them to do the work before the warrinty run out. The complaints is in the computer. I took the car in for something else and I went in and talked to Greg ab out the noise getting progessively worse and I asked him to test drive the car. He did. He told the service man not to have it checked. When my car was ready I looked at the ticket and noticed that the noise in the front had not been addressed, I asked why. The Service man that answered by the name of Sam said, Ms Miller, I dont know why Greg refused the service, because your warrinty is not up as of yet.

The car now is out of warrenty and is a danger for me to drive and it cost about $700.00 to repair. Greg still refused to aide me. I would like to get an attorney but I cannot afford one. I have wittnesses about all of this situation. It is even in their computers. Please help me.
