I have lived at Knoll Crest Apts for 2 years and 5 months when my only means of transportation, my car was towed from the building where I live. The manager called B&G Towing, who have my car to this day!

On July 1st I left my apartment to do laundry in the laundry room which is just a few yards away. I immediately notice my 1988 Cheverolet Camaro is not where I parked It. I walk to the office and learn from the brand new complex manager, my car has been towed. I then asked her if my car was blocking an entrance as you say, why did you not knock on my door? She then said it was not that important. I was so shocked and hurt by her statement until it brought a flood to eyes. I had just been laid off and now I have no car. I call B&G Towing here in Birmingham, Al and learn they are charging me 220 dollars and 20 dollars each day it is in their possession.

I felt as though someone had turned back the hands of time and I was in the deep south of the 1920's. I now have no reliable means of transportation, my job called me to work and I have no means to get there. I am now behind in my rent, because this thoughtless woman claimed she knocked on my door but I don't believe it because I was in my apartment. I tried getting free legal help but no one will help me. I called the BBB, and got nothing from them.

These real estate managers fill these apartments with people who have no responsibility to our country! In this same apt complex my car was hit by a large truck. I went to this same manager to get help she calls a resident police officer and he can't be bothered! I know an illegal hit my car, they have no real citizenship so they don't care about other peoples property. They have that escape loop hole because greedy Americans make it possible, some of these people are deviants and they are everywhere!
