Seminole casuality insurance didn't take any responsibility for any claim against their insured

My boyfriend got hit the person insured by seminole casuality insurance on friday night. She suddenly cut in front of his car and totally wrecked it. We got the police report as well as the witness and that's is her fault that 's what the police said.
"no one" ever call us to ask about any injury or any rental we might need. I put a claimed report since saturday morning and we wait until monday to call them back since nobody seems to care.
The appraiser didn't show up until the following monday even though he supposed to show up before thursday and we have to make 20 or more calls to get him. "no one" call us back and when we ask about rental car they told us they might not pay for reimbursement back.
Even after the appraiser came "no one" call for the estimate until thursday and that's is because we have to call them back.
The insurance company insist it is not totally their fault even we got th police report and everything. He refuse to pay the full amount for the totoal loss and told us that we should contact our insurance compay instead!
We really don't know what else to do since "no one" seem to care and we just think they are not fair and try to cheat any claim that comes in their way.
