Ripped off when I had accident cause by their insured ripoff Internet

I was involved in a car accident on 10/24/06 with someone insured by Esurance. After the accident I attempted to call the police but was told that the police would not come unless there was an injury, a problem with us being unable to exchange information, or the vehicles were unable to be driven from the scene.in the future I will say that I am injured, to at least obtain a police report. There were no witnesses. She stated that she was in the wrong, she didn't realize that she was in the wrong lane. I took all of her information and later contacted esurance to file a claim.

I was told that an adjuster would be contacting their insured and myself in order to come out and get an estimate of the damages. GREAT, right... WRONG! Two days later I was told that their insured had not contacted them and that there was nothing that could be done until they heard from her.

I began calling her to ask when would she be contacting her insurance company and she stated she didn't feel as if she was at fault. (Completely changing her initial statement to me).

After my boyfriend began calling her she decided to submit her claim, but with her "new" story. After trying to contact the claims dept. And not getting a return phone call, I contacted my insurance company. I finally received a phone call from the adjuster at Esurance stating that their insured told an opposite story of mine (basically recreating the construction of the intersection). They would not even have anyone from their company come out to view or take pictures of the intersection. And stated I would have to contact my insurance company if I wanted any further investigation.

My insurance took care of the repairs, but I was still out of my deductible. I just received a decrease in my premium, hopefully this investigation will turn out for the best and Esurance will be held responsible for the cost of the repairs so my insurance company and myself will get reimbursed. Otherwise my premium will go back up.

BEWARE if you are involved in an accident with anyone covered by Esurance! They don't investigate if their insured is at fault! I'll keep you posted on the outcome..
