UEI My first Accident and I hope my last time dealing with United Equitable Insurance. Chicago

I had an accident with a person thats insured with United Equitable Insurance. Since June 27, I've been going back and forth with this insurance company trying to get them to repair my vehicle. It was their client's fault because we were in a parking lot. As I pulled out the parking space and started driving towards the exit. Here comes United Equitable Insurance insured vehicle speeding through the parking spaces (which is illegal) and we collided. Now the driver kept saying that I was speeding. Im not even a fast driver so I know I wasn't speeding. After all that happen I finally contact the insurance company and they connected me to someone name Monica Pirowska. We talked that one time which was June 29. During that conversation we're going back and forth about who's gonna repair my vehicle. I started getting a headache because it seems we were getting no where. She was very rude and I just told her that she will be getting my repair estimates and the police report. She said she didn't need the police report because her client said it was my fault and that I was speeding. She never asked me what happen so she can get my statement and compare the two. She just said you can't use the police report in court. I was told that you can't use hear say and court as well. After that conversation, I hadn't heard anything from her. Even after I sent the police report and estimates, I heard nothing. So I started to call and leave voicemails and she never returned the call. Until one morning I called and left a voicemail and than turned right back around and called again and asked why haven't I got a reponse to my calls. She gave me some excuse that she only check her voicemails at the end of the day. I told her that she was a liar because the type of business that she is in she has to check her voicemails throughout the day in case she have to return some calls. So we ended that phone call and almost another month went by before I heard anything back from her which is now August 13. Even when they call you back, they call from some strange 4 digit number that I never heard of. Today when we talked she told me that they were seeking damages from me because its my fault and I was speeding. I asked did you receive my police report and she said yes. I asked what did it say and she responded saying it doesn't matter because we not gonna use it in court. I told her you know what do what you have to do and I'll do what I have to do. So tomorrow Im going to get the papers to file a small claims against this insurance company. They should not be in business because they are a fraud and just taking in money and not putting out. Even if its their client fault. They don't want to pay. Please don't get United Equitable Insurance. Stay away from them and pray that if you are in a accident, please hope that the vehicle is not insured with this insurance company.
