Complete Ripoff's of Selling Lemon's

This is Family Hyundai in Tinley Park, Illinois. I would like all buyers be aware of this company and to stay away from them, after you read this I am sure you will not want to go there.

I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab from them. I bought last year as of 6/28/09. I put 22,300 miles on this vehicle. I was on vacation when my transmission went out. I tried calling Family and they told me that it was on me and there is nothing they can do about it. Because my 12 month 50,000 mile warrenty was expired. So I asked them what should I do about it and their reply was rude and very unprofesional, they told me to come in and buy another truck or use the truck I have now in my back yard for a flowerbed because to them that is all it is good for. I told them that this was very unproffesional statement and again they said Sue Us. So I am doing just that, i reported it to the BBB and US Government. I also got a lawyer and they told me it was a hard case because they have their protection laws as well. But the other side of this rainbow I was told to trry and find as many people as I can that purchased car's from them that they too had problems and then we might have a case.

I just got off the phone from my fiance company and they told me that there is nothing they can do for me about Family.

I tried calling my salesman who sold me the truck, he no longer works there, after long hour's I tracked him down to another dealership. I will reply more after talking to him on this site.

For the record! They lied to the the Fiance Company, they told them all false info, when they called me to confirm, Everything I put on the application was totally changed. Even the young lady at the fiance company told me some thing was wrong. Because if they would have known the actual truth they would not have accepted me for the price of that truck they would have to put me in something else. They make up all these charges so they get more money. All Consumer's stay clear from this dealership you will get RIPPED OFF
