Company claimed "easy returns" aren't easy at all!

We ordered, paid for and waited for a tail light lens for a Honda. After we received several emails telling us it would be late, the wrong lens arrived overf a month after ordered. DOZENS of emails to the company, and repeated efforts to get an r.M.A. From them to get a refund failed. We still have this tail light that cost over $100.00 and NEVER heard anything from the company. We tried to VISIT them at their Sacramento address, but it is an EMPTY BUILDING at their listed address. They still use this address in their advertising.
