Had reservation stil no car and rude

Had rental reservation informed they'd pickmeup. They didn't subsequently explained they didn't possess a vehicle.

General perspective there's Rude! Requested several regular concerns in no method was I angry despite the fact that used to do not need an automobile. The individual about the different end got angry and informed me to not bother to go to as he'd not rent-to me. I would recommend not hiring from their website because it seems they say something, after which when it's time for you to get the vehicle change the things they claim. Customer Support evidently isn't section of their language.
