Did a fuel pump job, when the stater was the promble

Was riff off by Pepboys twice in less than one year. Carry my 1995 Chevy Blazer in for repair on 05-20. Was informed that I needed a fuel pump. Which was repaired. On 05-18, was having the same problem. Had to returned on 05-20, then was told by the manager that I needed a starter. Which was the problem in the first place.

They charged me $888.71 in and another $605.88. They say a senior citizen and a woman walking in. They took advantage of me. I had to get a friend to put the starter on my car, that solved the problem. This is not the end of this. I will carry this further. Have tried several times to call the corparte office, can't get through.
