Charged my credit card three times and refused to refund me

I got a tow from cities towing and the total charge was $96.00. A few days later I checked my online statement and they charged my credit card three times for $96.00. When I called to let them know they made a mistake they the girl basically told me there was nothing she is going to do about it and to take it up with my credit card company. She was very rude and would not refund me back for the two extra times they charged me. I looked them up on the BBB and it seams Im not the only one they have done this to. STAY away from them if you can. Horrible people. Thieves.
