Horrible Service Experience 11212 Reisterstown Rd

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Heritage. On the test drive I heard the brakes squeaking, but the sales rep assured me it was because it was raining and hadn't been driven in a while. I ignored it, since it wasn't happening during the entire test drive. Once I finally made the deal and took the vehicle home I noticed a smell of gas when I turned on the AC. I popped the hood and noticed the engine oil cap was not screwed on, instead it wasn't sitting on top of the engine.

After about a week of driving the vehicle I noticed the squeaking did not stop, it just got louder. I also noticed that my windshield wipers were not actually wiping anything. It seemed like they needed to be replaced. I also noticed a grinding sound every time I turned my wheel. I took my car to the dealership to have all these issues looked at within the first month of having the car. They service department said they cleaned the wipers, lubed the steering column, adjusted the brakes, so all the problems were fixed.

The same day I went to the repair shop I noticed the only problem that was actually fixed was the grinding noise from the steering column. The wipers still did not wipe and the brakes still squeaked. I called the service department back and they said that sometimes brakes just squeak. This just didn't feel right.

I decided to get a second opinion because the brakes just seemed to get louder. I went to another repair shop and the mechanic informed me that he could not find my wheel lock key. It seems as though, the mechanic that looked at my brakes before must have forgot to put it back in the car. So, if I had a flat tire I would be SOL. I called the dealership and they said that I would have to drive back there to get a new one. Mind you I don't live anywhere near Owing Mills.
