Sold me a DAMAGE CAR and refuse's to take it back within less then 90 days

Cars & Transport

I both a 2007 pre-owned GMC ACADIA between 1/7-1/17

1) After i finished test driving the car i notice the dask board storage box would not open there fore the Sales rep. Said they would have to order a new storage box and i would have to come back and get it fix.

2) On 1/19 I took my car into the dealer because i notice my Fuel Guage was not reading proper, they said updated the pcm/ecm per bulletin.

3) 1/20 I took my car back to the dealer because the Fuel guage was still acting up and the passenger back window wasn't going up or down and I kepted on hearing a squeak noise whenever i turning the steering wheel.
They replace the program cluster. They found a open in master switch, and had to replace the switch. They checked power steering fluid level raise vechile inspected power steering lines for leaks check for grounding and said nothing was wrong with the steering wheel. CAR WAS IN SERVICE FROM 1/20- 1/25.

4) 2/08 The steering wheel noise was getting laughter and at this time i noticed that every time i use my wiper it doesn't return to it's pask position.
&I took the car in for the 3rd time and they finally heard the noise on the steering wheel and replaced steering gear assembly, perform four wheel alignment nec to set front camber l/r sides set front toe l/r road test. They also checked my wipers and found that the motor was out of time and they had to replace the wiper motor..
Car was in service from 2/8-2/11.

5) 2/18 Fuel guage light will be on and when i park the car and restart guage will read 1/4 then if i fill the tank after 5miles will read 3/4. So i called the dealer again and this time i was getting really mad and off course they said BRING THE CAR IN.
&They test drive the car and said they replaced the Fuel Sensor just for Cutomer Satisfaction actually what they said on the recept. CAR KEPT FROM 2/18/11-2/23/11

6) Now my brakes are squeaking, They checked and said it's because the brakes are new and that's why is squeaking. I asked when was the brakes put in they said November but seriously if it was put in back in november it would've been squeaking when i 1st both the car not 2 months later.

So i finaly had with this car so i set up a time to meet the Manager to discuss about the vehicle and at this time the manager stated that they cannot take the vechile back even though i'm still in 90 days warranty. The only option he said i have is either trade in the vehicle or contact LEMON LAW AND THOSE WERE EXACT HE'S WORDS, so i checked their website and their parking lot and i found NOTHING within the price range that i both my car.

At this time manager stated again there is nothing he can do and now here i am paying for a damage vechile in which now the car keeps and shifting on and off and off course with out a check engine light i cannot find out what's going. Everyone that test drive my car thinks its my Transmission taht is the reason why it's shifting. I also received a recall letter from GMC that they found on all 2007 Acadia that the Timing chain could wear prematurely and cause the illumination of the service engine soon.
